Video Wrap Up October '08
There's been a lot of dope videos coming out of the NL recently, so as we wait for the next dope album to drop, here's some videos to keep you happy.
In no particular order, well, actually it's strictly alphabetical, we've got:
1. Foreign Exchange - Daykeeper - Phonte performing the new single from their album 'Leave It All Behind' - and singing it damn well. Percy Miracles lives on...
2. Hayzee - Press Start. You'll remember Hayzee from his killer 8&16 bit beat tape Press Start that dropped earlier this year - now he's got the video treatment to go with the beats. It's nice.
3. Kyteman - Sorry. This man is TALENTED. He's playing Tivoli, Utrecht on Oct 26th with a hip hop orchestra, including a string quartet and brass section, and 8 MCs. He's got the vision and he's got the skills, as he shows here on stage backed C-Mon and Kypski performing 'Sorry'. If he's not huge, I'll eat my hat.
4. Nobody Beats The Drum live in Moscow. Proof that their magic can travel (and make Russians dance like fools).
5. Pax and Pry - True and You Know It. Hopefully they're just teasing us with this clip ahead of the release of their next album, but til then, this highlight off 'A Day At The Office' will do nicely.
Enjoy...
